Our Response to Covid-19

Dear Customers & Homeowners,

We are in a very unique situation right now and the good news is that we are still selling properties despite this COVID-19 pandemic.
This is what my team and I will do for you:

In this video I will be showing you what I can do for both seller and buyer during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note: The National Association of Realtors has confirmed residential listing as an “essential” service. I am still closing escrow on weekly basis.

For our sellers, we will be providing buyers with complimentary face masks, hand sanitizer or gloves and disposable shoe covers at the property. In addition, we will advise all parties to cooperate with the social distance rule as per state guidelines and to refrain from touching all surfaces. We will also require ALL parties to sign a COVID 19 PEAD form (Property Entry Advisory & Declaration Form) and online questionnaire before entering any properties.

For buyers, we can schedule all showings to be viewed including new developments. Safety is our main priority; therefore, everything we can do over the phone, via zoom meetings and meeting virtually will be done at this unique time.

When showing properties, in order to practice social distancing, according to state guidelines, there will be no more than one agent per two buyers per showing. Everyone must wear a face mask, gloves and shoe coverings prior to entering the property.

However, there are many available alternative marketing opportunities, which we have been using for the past few years, and this is the ideal time to leverage them. We will continue to service and market your vacant home using an array of technology, limiting home tours to serious buyers only.

What are alternative ways to market a property?
Our marketing support will be standing by to help with any needs. We offer:

a. A custom website for your home listing along with a detailed property description in English and Chinese.
b. A 3D interactive walk-through virtual tour and exterior 360-degree panorama tour, which prospective buyers can view online 24/7.
c. Our professional staging service will be temporarily discontinued. However, we will use our 3D technology to virtually stage property photos. This will help potential buyers visualize their future home.
d. An HD Live-Motion video tour with 3D animation and voice narration to guide buyers virtually through the house.
e. A realistic 3D floor plan and 3D dollhouse view to provide a clear view and demonstration of the home’s layout.
f. Aerial videos and professional photos.
