During our team’s activity, we saw a lot of homes that were left behind by their owners. It is normal to want to move on at some point if you consider that the current situation does not fit your requirements anymore, but it was a pity to leave the residences at that stage. Each vacant property will have, at some point, its right owners, who will believe that the house is perfect for what they need and are looking for. But we cannot just leave it in the way it was left by the former owners, hoping that someone will have the will to salvage it and take it as it is. Each home has its beauty and unique characteristics, which can only be enhanced by furniture and beautiful interior decorations.
We took the Eileen Lane residence partially empty and somewhat disorganized. It was a real shame to leave it at that stage because it is such a gorgeous house. Thus, it didn’t take long until we decided to do a complete staging and bring it back to its real value. The empty living room was remodeled using brand new furniture and decorations. A modern sofa with two matching armchairs were placed in the vicinity of the existing fireplace. A coffee table and side table were used to complete the functionality of the space, just in case you need somewhere to put your books and magazines, and a cup of hot tea. Gorgeous desk lamps were used to create a cozy atmosphere and a rug in matching colors with the entire area was placed on the floor. Wall decorations and a few green plants were the finishing touches for this room.
The kitchen was found in a complete mess. We cleaned everything so that it presents in a spotless manner. Just a few small kitchen items and a few plants were added here. But the dining area was completely remade, with a gorgeous glass table and modern chairs. The table was set and decorated with everything one may need for a comfortable dinner. We also transformed the family gathering area, by adding new furniture, like sofas. We also added a few decorative finishes, with the help of some pillow, a carpet, and beautiful green plants. This area is precious because it must offer a warm and welcoming space, where everybody can gather around and enjoy a beautiful evening together. So it must look appropriately.
The large bedroom was empty, so we added a comfortable bed, bed tables with lamps and a gorgeous painting. Believe it or not, but by simply doing this the area changed completely, looking more comfortable. Also, the light fixtures of the house were checked and replaced. A dark house will never impress anyone, so there is a must to make sure that light is available in every room, including in the front of the house, to make it look spacious and welcoming. The Eileen Lane residence is relatively large and looks fantastic now, so we are confidence that a family will find it to be suitable for their needs.
