We have gone through several real estate transactions in and around LA & Orange County buying and selling about six houses / condos so far. Most important quality about him is helping the seller all the way through the Escrow process (particularly taking care of any repairs needed per inspection report, termite inspection arrangements, expediting buyer's loan arrangements by "twisting" loan personnel, etc.).
